If you are concerned about your health, have a specific health problem or simply want to fine tune your current level of well being then a Natural Health Nutritional Consultation is a real tangible positive step.

About the consultation
If your consultation is in person or by telephone you will be asked to complete a questionnaire before hand. This will give David Parker, the Steps to Perfect Health Clinical Nutritionist, an overview of your current level of health. David will then be able to supplement his insight into your health by asking further questions.

If your consultation is in person you will pay a one off consultation fee of £45, thereafter you only pay for any tests that are carried out.

A questionnaire can be completed from this site.

If your consultation is on the telephone, please send the completed questionnaire to the address on the contacts page, together with the consultation fee of £75. This covers the cost of the initial assessment and report.
All subsequent follow up consultations by telephone will cost £40.

If any testing is required, then additional charges will be made. These, however, will be made clear before commencing.

It is recommended that you follow up initially, on a four-week basis, until you have reached a level, which will only require a 6 monthly reassessment for the maintenance of optimum health.

If your health problem is of a more serious nature, then David
may need to monitor your progress more frequently.

Supplementation
A course of supplements may be recommended initially. These could include digestive aids, vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, amino acids and enzymes, homeopathic and flower essences.
These are taken to correct any apparent deficiencies or imbalances and can be tailed off as your nutrient status improves. However, do remember these are supplementary and your main focus is dietary change.
If cleansing is necessary, then a course of herbs and fibres may be needed to ensure proper absorption of the nutrients in your food and supplements.

Referrals
While Good Nutrition is the foundation of good health and should be the basis of all healthcare programmes, it may be necessary to refer you to a therapist with other skills. This could include Colon Hydrotherapy, Reflexology, Lymph drainage, Osteopathy, Cranial Sacral therapy, etc. These referrals should be taken seriously, as they are essential for the successful outcome that you desire.

Changing or cancelling an appointment
There is no charge for changing an appointment or cancellation if 48 hours notice is given. 50% of the normal fee will be charged if this cannot be adhered to.

Practitioner support
If you have any queries about your programme, you may call me at anytime between the hours of 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. If I am in consultation, kindly leave a message and I shall return your call as soon as I am free.

I look forward to meeting with you.

Yours Sincerely

David Parker Dip ION, DIP EAV
