Cranial
electroacupuncture is a way to determine which systems of the
brain and central nervous systems are out of order, and how to
set it into order using SCENAR (Self-Controlling Energy-Neuro-Adapting
Regulation).
Cranial electroacupuncture
allows you to measure points that correspond to specific brain
tissues or functional areas, compare that to symptoms and electroencephalograms
(EEG's), and set out of course of treatment to set the brain into
order. This is a three step process:
1. Reactivate the brain's self-autonomous function;
2. Reactivate dysfunctional organs or bowels using dermatomal
projections
(paraspinal Hwa-To and back-shu points)
3. Treatment is executed upon the painful, topical areas (Ah-shi
points) or the projection over the dysfunctional or sore organ
(bowels, heart, lungs, kidneys, liver, etc.).

Scenar Cranial Electroacupuncture
is an exciting new modality from Russia to assist all other remedial

In the 1980's, scientists thought
to imagine if we could speak to cells, instructing them to grow,
more quickly or slowly, to change their function by secreting
