How the Intermediate Program Works

Filling out the Questionnaire

I recommend that you take your time when completing the questionnaire, some questions you need to think carefully about. Another great tool is to get advice from your family and friends, to aid in getting your answers as precise as possible.

In order to answer some of the questions on how certain foods effect you, you may have to try some of the foods that are asked about to observe your reaction.

The Results

Once you have submitted the questionnaire, it is usually processed within 24 hours, and then sent to your advisor. I will then send the 4 result documents to your e-mail. They will contain the following;

   The Results of the Intermediate Test

   The Diet Plan

   “Using Your Diet Plan” article

   Synergy Supplement Recommendations and Order Form.

Once you have received your results please ring me to arrange an appointment for the consultation and results session, which can be done in person or over the phone.

The cost for this is £95 or €135 (euros)
