Will
one cleanse be enough?
If this is your first cleanse, then while
experiencing enormous benefit, it is unlikely that it will remove
all toxins from the body. This of course is dependent on past
diet, age, lifestyle and inherited pre-dispositions.
While a 2nd cleanse is not recommended for at least eight weeks,
you can continue the cleansing process on a less intense level
by continuing to take 1 Colon Sweep shake first thing in the morning
and taking 1 Colonic Tonic capsule with each meal. This can be
continued, and is sometimes necessary for 6-12 months. Bio-flora
should also be taken during this time to maintain bacteria levels
in the colon and small intestine. Toxi-sorb should not be continued
for these longer periods.
An essential addition is Organic Spirulena. Spirulena is reported
to be the richest nutrient source on earth. It is the ideal multi-vitamin
and mineral and is 98% absorbable. It is 60% protein and one of
the richest sources of chlorophyll (the green pigment found in
plants).
What
is mucoid plaque and how do I recognise it?
Mucoid plaque is a combination of old mucus deposits impregnated
with food wastes. It may also contain heavy metals from pollution,
such as lead, cadmium and mercury from amalgam fillings, free
radicals, dead cells and drug residues.
It is also the ideal breeding ground for Parasites, Candida, worms
and other strains of pathogenic (disease causing) bacteria.
Mucoid plaque can be recognised by the familiar striations, smoothness,
overlaps and creases appearing on its outer surface. It often
takes on the appearance of rubber.
Intestinal Cleansing and
Rejuvenation Programme
Week One
7.30am Colon Sweep + Toxi-sorb in dilute
apple juice
8.00 Dry Skin Brush and Shower
9.00 Colonic Tonic 2 capsules
10.00 Fruit
11.00 Colon Sweep + Toxi-sorb in dilute apple juice
12.30pm Colonic Tonic 2 capsules
1.00 Lunch large raw salad
6.30 Dinner Steamed vegetables
10.00 Colonic Tonic 2 capsules
In the first week, the time you start
is not important, but the intervals are. Ideally, you should allow
at least 1 and a half to 2 hours between the Colonic Tonic and
the Colon Sweep. Breakfast should consist of fruit only, however,
do not mix melon or citrus fruit with other fruits.
Lunch and Dinner should consist of Alkaline forming foods only.
(see list below)
E.g. Vegetables, salads, fruit, millet, buckwheat, quinoa, amaranth.
Brown rice and pulses are allowed in moderate quantities.
All acid forming, mucus-forming foods should be avoided.
E.g. Meat, fish, eggs, bread, coffee, tea, chocolate, refined,
processed, tinned food, Dairy products, salt and wheat containing
foods. In addition, you should avoid any foods, which you have
known sensitivities to.
Limit your use of oils to Flaxseed oil and extra virgin olive
oil.
Ensure that all food is chewed thoroughly. A good rule of thumb
is to chew liquids and drink solids. i.e. Only swallow your food
when it has become liquid in the mouth.
Juice can be drunk liberally, preferably freshly
squeezed and diluted with 50% water. The best juices to use are
Apple, pineapple, carrot, beetroot, celery and melon. If you have
a juicer that juices wheat grass, this would be an excellent addition.
What to expect:
For the first 2-5 days, you should experience increased bowel
movements, sometimes as many as 6-8 times daily, this is absolutely
normal and no need for concern. This is the body ridding itself
of the accumulated waste that has built up over the years through
the consumption of acid/mucus forming foods. If you experience
diarrhoea, try reducing the colonic tonic and avoid drinking with
meals.
Headaches, fatigue and abdominal cramps are
also commonly experienced when cleansing.
Headaches are often the result of the withdrawal of caffeine containing
food and beverages, such as tea, coffee, chocolate and carbonated
drinks.
Fatigue is often also a result of caffeine
withdrawal, but can also be due to the extra energy being put
into detoxification processes. Get as much rest as possible.
Abdominal cramping is often due to the increased movement of waste
as it makes its exit through the intestinal tract. This usually
precedes a bowel movement, which relieves the cramping.
Once these initial cleansing reactions
have subsided, you should start to feel fantastic, however if
the symptoms persist, you may be cleansing too quickly and overloading
the elimination channels, i.e. the Liver, Kidneys and the Colon.
Taking an enema is the quickest way to alleviate these symptoms.
How to make a Colon
Sweep
Pre mix the contents of Toxi-sorb by adding 1-1 and a half litres
of distilled water. Mix in a blender for best results. When mixed
with the correct amount of water, it should resemble the consistency
of thick custard. Store in glass jars in the fridge.
When ready to take your sweep, place one level
tablespoon of Toxi-sorb in your shaker jar. Mix with half water
and half Apple juice, and shake until the juice and Toxi-sorb
are thoroughly mixed, now add two level teaspoons of Colon Sweep,
shake vigorously and drink immediately. If you leave it too long,
it will begin to set and go solid.

10.00 Take Enema
10.30 Natures Biotics1 Capsule
Ensure that you get adequate exercise.
Yoga, Tai chi, Swimming and Walking are all excellent. Fresh fruit
should be available to snack on if absolutely necessary. If Candida
is a problem, then limit fruit for Breakfast.
How to come off the cleanse!
Stopping the cleanse properly is just as important as the cleanse
itself, as one does not want to spoil all the good work done.
Allow 2-3 days at the end of the cleanse to make the full transition
to regular eating habits.
Hopefully, you will have observed such
an improvement in your health that you will be encouraged to continue
with a 70-80% alkaline forming diet. If a meat eater, reintroduce
after the third day, only in smaller quantities than prior to
the cleanse, make vegetables the focal point of the dish and not
meat.
It is impossible here to recommend the
perfect diet after cleansing, as everyone’s needs are different,
however we can offer guidelines, which are applicable to all.
For specific individual recommendations, consult with a qualified
Nutrition Consultant. |
